From the moment the courier hands you your package, you have 30 calendar days to evaluate your purchase. This "evaluation period" allows you to inspect the watch in your own environment, ensuring it fits your style and lifestyle as intended. To be eligible for a full refund, the watch must be in its original, pristine condition.
What does "original condition" mean at Elitestyles? It means the watch must be unworn, with all protective factory plastics, stickers, and tags still attached. The leather strap must not show signs of bending or creasing, and the metal bracelet links must not have been removed or altered. Essentially, the watch must return to us exactly as it left our Thomasville facility.
A. Change of Mind or Personal Preference
It is perfectly acceptable to change your mind. If the watch arrives and you feel a different model would suit you better, or if you simply decide the purchase isn't right at this moment, you are entitled to a return. At Elitestyles, we do not penalize you for wanting the best fit. We will provide a pre-paid return label, and you will receive a 100% refund of your purchase price. No restocking fees, no questions asked.
B. Manufacturing Defects (Horological Quality)
While our team conducts rigorous quality control, mechanical complexities can rarely lead to defects. If you notice a movement malfunction, an alignment issue, or a crown defect, please contact support@elitestyles.shop immediately. We will prioritize your case, providing an immediate replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
C. Shipping Damage
We use high-grade protective packaging to ensure your watch survives the global transit network. However, if your package arrives with visible external damage or the contents are compromised, please document the damage with photos and notify us within 48 hours. We handle the claims with the logistics provider so you can focus on choosing your next timepiece.
D. Incorrect Shipments
In the unlikely event that you receive a different model than the one listed on your order confirmation, we will rectify the error with expedited shipping. We will send the correct item via Express delivery and provide a pre-paid label for the return of the incorrect item.
E. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information on our Order Tracking page indicates delivery but you have not received the package, or if it has been stationary for more than 7 days, please reach out. If the carrier declares the package lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
