Our Cancel and Change Order Policy is designed to provide you with a window of opportunity to rectify any errors or reconsider your selection before our logistics team begins the precision-driven task of inspecting, packing, and dispatching your timepiece. We prioritize efficiency, but we value your total satisfaction even more.
To ensure a balance between rapid delivery and customer flexibility, we offer a 12-hour window for any cancellations or modifications to your order. This period begins the moment you receive your initial order confirmation email.
Why 12 hours? Our facility at 477 Pleasant Grove Church operates with high efficiency to meet our Shipping Policy commitments. Once a watch is pulled from inventory and the shipping label is generated, it becomes part of a sealed logistics flow that is difficult to intercept without causing delays for all our clients.
If you are within the 12-hour grace period, please follow this specific protocol to ensure your request is handled with the necessary urgency:
Requests sent via social media or other channels may experience delays. We strongly recommend using the official email listed on our Contact Us page for all time-sensitive modifications.
At Elitestyles, we do not believe in penalizing our customers for a change of heart. If you cancel your order within the 12-hour window, you will receive a full 100% refund of your purchase price.
If you contact us after the 12-hour window or after your package has been handed over to carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we can no longer cancel or change the order. At this stage, the package is physically in transit to your destination.
In this scenario, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our standard Return & Refund Policy. You will still be eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the watch is returned in its original, unworn condition. Please refer to that policy for instructions on obtaining a pre-paid return label.
Address Corrections: If you noticed a mistake in your apartment number or zip code, please notify us immediately. Shipping to an incorrect address can result in lost packages which are difficult to recover. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Model Swaps: If you wish to swap for a different model of higher value, we will send you an invoice for the difference. If the new model is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your account once the change is confirmed.
