During the Handling Time, our team performs a final quality check on your timepiece, secures it in our reinforced protective packaging, and prepares the necessary documentation for the carrier. If an order is placed after the 5:00 PM cut-off on a Friday, processing will commence on the following Monday.
Please note that transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary slightly due to seasonal high volumes or unforeseen weather conditions. We work diligently to meet these estimates in every single case.

Incorrect Delivery Address:

We can update the address as long as the order is still in the "Processing" stage. If the package has already been shipped, we cannot reroute it, and the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the item once it is returned to us.
Missing Items:
If your package arrives and is missing an item listed on your invoice, please contact our support team within 48 hours. We will investigate the weight logs of your package and rectify the situation by sending the missing item immediately.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
Most of our carriers will make three attempts to deliver your package. If you are not available, they may leave a notice for local pickup. We encourage you to follow the tracking closely to avoid the package being returned to our facility.
